Who we are
Rafael Jiménez is originally from Tijuana, Mexico, Electronic Engineer with an MBA from the University of Geneva - since 2005 Rafael has lived in Switzerland where after his MBA he had the opportunity to work for McKinsey & Co. - the largest and world renowned strategic consulting firm. For 6 years, as a McKinsey Consultant, Rafael served as advisor to Fortune Global 500 companies and their leaders, covering various industries across more than 20 different countries and cultures - specializing in business development, new product launch and corporate strategy. In 2012, Rafael decided to follow his passion and founded BajaSwiss Consult as an independent consulting company, to make business know-how and world-class management best-practices available to entrepreneurs and SME's in Mexico and other emerging markets.
